Our promise
If something isn't right, write to support@sophiahomed.shop within 14 days of delivery and we'll help. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
What can be returned
- Unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
- Faulty or damaged items (see the damage section below) at any reasonable time after discovery.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and because they cannot be resold, the following are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Opened lace, bed linen and textiles.
- Opened or burned candles.
- Items showing use, wear or alteration that are not faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
Damaged or fragile items
Ceramic, glass and crystal pieces ship insured. If a fragile item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the inner packaging and the outer box (including any crush or puncture), plus your order number. Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
- Email support@sophiahomed.shop with your order number and reason.
- We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and send return instructions.
- Send the item back; once received and checked, we issue the refund.
Refund timing & return shipping
- Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, in USD.
- For faulty or damaged items we cover return shipping; for change-of-mind returns the buyer pays return postage.
