Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.

• We ship worldwide from the United States.
• United States: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: typically 7–18 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

• Flat-rate shipping of $9 USD on orders under $100.
• Free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more.
• Any cost is shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Prices are in USD and exclude destination duties or import taxes. For international orders, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery.

Ceramic, glass and crystal pieces are packed to protect them in transit and ship fully insured. Please inspect fragile items on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos of the item, the inner packaging and the outer box. If tracking stalls or a parcel appears lost, contact us at support@sophiahomed.shop and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
